Kingman Industrial Park


Rich History

From a World War II United States Army & Air Force training field and aircraft disposal yard to a growing and thriving Industrial Park in Northern Arizona.  The Kingman Industrial Park is primed and ready for growth.   The park is currently home to over 65 business, 2500 employees and situated on 1,100 acres.  The Kingman Industrial Park provides a unique mix of aviation, manufacturing, and distribution companies.

Within a 350-mile radius of the Park there are more than 32 million people and the numbers keep growing. It is easy to understand why companies are choosing the Kingman Industrial Park to supply the Southwestern Region of the Country. 


Interstate & Highway Access

More than 40,000 vehicles pass by Kingman on a daily basis via Interstate 40 and State Routes 95. The City of Kingman’s Public Works division maintains the transportation system in the City of Kingman, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of people and goods.  Kingman’s Municipal Airport, is another fundamental piece of Kingman transportation network.  The Airport serves many of the businesses that operate throughout the park.   


Rail Access

The Kingman Terminal Railroad (“KGTR”) operates over 3 track miles of track at the Kingman Industrial Park.  KGTR serves the interchanges with Class I carrier BNSF.  Currently 14% of the park tenants take advantage of rail on a monthly basis.

Substation Upgrade

Unisource recently upgraded the capacity of the Kingman Industrial Park Substation.  The upgrades more than doubled the current capacity from 22.4 MVA to 80 MVA.  It will include state of the art equipment, components and increase reliability and monitoring capabilities.  The capacity increases are being done to accommodate the growth of existing industry as well as the assumption of adding new industry as future sites are developed.

Land for Sale or Lease

The City of Kingman Economic Development department maintains listing of City of Kingman owned property as well as privately owned properties available at the Kingman Industrial Park.  The City of Kingman has roughly 250 acres of land available for sell or lease.
