Desarae Paulsson

Desarae Paulsson is the City of Kingman Visitor Center Coordinator. She has worked for the
City of Kingman for five years in total but has been in her position as Coordinator for three
years. The Visitor Center offers predominantly USA-made souvenirs and gifts but also helps
guests with travel information and directions and offers over 100 free brochures and guides to
the best travel spots around Arizona. Paulsson was born in Texas, moved to Kingman at six
months old, and has resided here ever since. She recently completed her Master of Sciences at
Arizona State University in Global Technology and Development-Applied International
Development from the College of Global Futures. Her goals are to use this degree to help with
community development and make the Kingman community stronger. In her spare time, Desarae enjoys drawing, art projects, gardening, and playing PC games.
