Mohave County offering a new bid process for sale of tax deed parcels

The Mohave County Board of Supervisors on Monday approved a new bid process for the sale of unsold tax deed parcels.
The process changes the result of the transaction: The individual with the winning bid will purchase the land, not the tax lien held against it.
